Uptown Apartments

A 12 story 372 unit project in downtown Denver completed in September of 2017.

Denargo Apartment Complex

301 Unit Apartment project wrapped around a 5 story parking structure. Completed in 2012 and followed up by 2 more projects in the same Denargo market area 321 and 359 units, respectively. The last porject completed spring of 2018

Chestnut Apts

This project was a 314 unit Multi-family building with underground and level 1 parking and included a King Soopers retails space as well as other smaller street level retail spaces. completed 2015
